William K. Southwick

On June 14, 2022, of Clarksboro.  Age 74.  Beloved husband of Christine (nee Rimel).  Devoted father of Jennifer Miller (Jason), Ryan Southwick (Elizabeth) and Lauren Schwartzer (David).  Loving grandfather of Kacie, Brooklynn, Sophia, Lila, Maverick and Victoria. Dear brother of Kenneth, Robert, Richard and the late James Southwick.

William grew up in Washington Township with his parents and four brothers in a house on Black Horse Pike and was in the first graduating class of WTHS in 1966.  After graduating high school, William joined the Navy and served during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1971.   William and Christine married in 1975 and he loved being a father and later, a Pop-Pop.  He was a proud member of the South Jersey Vietnam Veterans Association and active in Jaycees.  William had many hobbies including softball, golf, fishing and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan.

Family and friends are invited to his visitation Tuesday, June 21, 2022, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 315 Highland Terrace, Pitman.  Funeral service, 11:00 AM.  Inurnment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations in William’s memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in order to further research on Parkinson’s Disease.
