Ruth E. DeFelice
(nee Baur), On October 31, 2017, at the Fountains of Cedar Parke, Atco, her home for the past ten years, formerly of Washington Twp. Age 96.
Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Ruth was very close and loyal to her seven brothers and four sisters. She helped with USO activities and worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, first assembling seaplanes and then clerking in the Payroll office where she met her future husband.

Ruth was a member of the St. John’s United Methodist Church and a former member of the Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church. She was active in church activities, her bowling league, and volunteering at Kennedy Hospital in Washington Township. She enjoyed crafting, cruises, summers in Ocean City, and the Mummer’s parade, especially the string bands. She loved the Phillies and Eagles and always looked forward to watching the Olympics.
Beloved wife of the late Armando J. DeFelice (1920-1993). Devoted mother of Linda DeFelice and Debra Durso. Dear sister of Joan Cosenza and Lorraine Mattie and predeceased by seven brothers, and two sisters. Many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday 9:00 – 10:30 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 10:30 AM. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
