nee Stanley On November 26, 2010, of Washington Twp. Formerly of Philadelphia. Age 72. Beloved wife of John George. Devoted mother of John and Dave of Washington Twp., Robert Gina of Pine Hill, Greg Paula of Franklinville and Jeff Sandy of Clementon. Loving grandmother of Angela Hayes Nate, John and Nicole Hartley, Donnie Keppen, Paul Porch, Dylan, Gianna, Robert, Jessica Rose, Joseph and Amoré Hartley. Great-grandmother of Gabrielle Hayes. Dear sister of Betty Carr of Philadephia and the late Jack Stanley. Also survived by her loving niece Terry Aucello and nephews and faithful companion Flash.

Rose loved dining out, talking with friends and going to the casino. She spent her life rearing her family and loving every minute of it. Rose also enjoyed American Legion activities, sporting events, attending church services and family dinners. She will be truly, truly missed because she was truly, truly loved.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday eve 7:00 – 9:00 pm and Wednesday 10:00 – 11:00 am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00 am. Interment Gloucester County Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rose’s memory may be made to the American Legion Post #521, 458 Greentree Rd., Sewell, NJ 08080.

Rose will truley be missed. She was a wonderful person to know and a great neighbor for over 30 years.

Dear Hartley Family, Im very sorry for your loss. I have not seen your mom since HS, but I always think of her as a kind and beautiful woman, inside and out. She was one of a kind and Im blessed to have known such a kind soul. I know she will always be by her "boys" side and in your hearts. Sening you all much love and prayers for peace.

On a lighter note, you mom was the one who explained what "clevage" was to me when the guys were teasing me, I said, "Mrs. Hartley, what are they talking about?" She laughed, put her arm around me and whispered it in my ear. I still can hear her laugh, she was such a sweetheart and she always asked me if I had any "questions" for her so I would not look so dumb. Well, still do not have clevage, but will always have Mrs. Hartley in my heart and will always smile when I think of how she educated me when the guys were abusing me!! LOL! Love you Mrs. Hartley!!!

To the Hartley Family.... I am very sorry for you loss. Rose was a wonderful person with a big heart. I will miss seeing her on the porch when coming into the development to see my parents but will always remember her there. Thinking of you all.....

I was so sorry to read about your loss. I remember her from Wilson Lake and what a sweet person she was. I know she was always so proud of her sons. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
