Robert Eugene Hughes, Sr.

On January 29, 2018, of Sea Isle City, NJ. Age 80. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (née Garrity). Devoted father of Rev. Robert E. Hughes, Bernadette Underwood (Matthew), and Nancy Naulty (Bill). Loving Da to Kaitlin, Blake, Erin, Grace and Seamus. Predeceased by his siblings John, Raymond, Catherine and Margaret LeFevre. Survived by many nieces and nephews and his dear friend Lillian Justis.

Bob was a graduate of Roman Catholic High School; an active parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sea Isle City; and well known for his role as Santa.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Monday 9:30 – 11:15 AM at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Interment following the Mass at All Saints Cemetery, Newfield. The family requests that NO flowers be sent.
