On July 20, 2020, of Catawba, SC. Age 63. Dear brother of Regina Welsh, the late Dawn Schnetzler (Tom). Stella Jastrebski (Don) and Michael Hanson (Deb). Loving uncle of Thomas Welsh, Brandi Leidy (nee Schnetzler), Don Jastrebski, Nick Jastrebski, Katie O’Brien (nee Welsh) Gabrielle Duble (nee Hanson) Zach Schnetzler, and Michael Hanson. Proud great-uncle of Julianna, Shaun, Steven, Michael, Lucas, Jack, Aubrielle, and Christian. Beloved son of Raymond and Regina (nee Graziani) Hanson.
Ray recently retired after working 45 years in the retail business. He was an avid fisherman, he enjoyed sporting events and NASCAR racing. Ray enjoyed watching his nephews and nieces grow up and have children of their own. He always spoke kind words, and he will be dearly missed by his family.
Raymond’s life will be honored and remembered via a private Catholic Mass by his Family and Friends.
