Dear Kathy, Antoinetta, Rocky and family : We feel your loss. Louis was so much fun to be with. Whenever there was a celebration or cousins luncheon, we always wanted to be seated at his table so we could laugh. His stories were always the best. Instead of dwelling on the loss of Lou, we will try to remember all the good times and pray that you will be able to do the same.

Dear Kathy and family of Dotos: We will remember Lou as a beautiful soul, full of love and laughter, compassion, acceptance, tolerance, kindness, patience, understanding, forgiveness, integrity, reliability, so VERY hard working. God knows he earned his reward in Heaven! He never complained. Even in the end he tried to lift all our spirits; until the very last breath.. He was loved by all. I have so many wonderful memories. My fondest memories going to Lake Worth in his Convertible top down and radio blasting Stevie Wonders first hit. His making pizzelles and cookies for me. How many dinners and cups of coffee he served to me. So many compliments. LOUIS; L is for laughter and love, O is for "OH MY" U is for understanding me, I is for Integrity, S is for Spiritual Soul, D is for Dependable, O is for optimistic , T is for Terrifc Human Being, O again is for Oh My.,,, May Lou have Eternal Rest and Let the Perpetual Light shine upon him. I will pray that we all will SMILE again. Anthony, Skyler and I are so very sorry for your tremendous Loss. The Tom Duffey family sends their condolences and prayers to you. Louie loved a party and never wanted to be left out of one. My fondest memory of him was "crashing" my wedding shower by climbing up to my sister's second-floor apartment. Not only was he a groomsman in my wedding party, but he also styled all my bridesmaids' hair. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Our hearts are broken. Uncle Lou, you will be missed. One of the best memories I have, and there are many, is when you grabbed your mother’s hand at Debbie and Jack’s wedding, and you danced up a storm! I loved watching you and Nan jitterbug! And I know you and Nan will be dancing again in Heaven. But rest for now. You fought a good fight, but now it’s over. Until we see you again....
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I will miss my Uncle Lou so very much. He was a wonderful Uncle, friend, family man, and an even better human being. He would not hurt a fly and never saw bad in anyone. To say he will be missed by everyone is not an understatement. I will miss our get-togethers for pool parties and when he would come over to help me do things at my house, we sometimes made a mess but we got things done. Rest in Peace Uncle Lou, I miss you so much and will miss your texts!!! Debbie
Rocco Doto left a message on January 19, 2021:
My big Brother Lou was the best kind of person. Always wanted to talk about his family and friends. Always kind words, always concerned about what other people were going through. He always gave a positive spin and loved to laugh and loved life. He never wanted to have anyone be presured about anything and never imposed his wishes on you because that was the kind of person Lou was. He was fearcely independent , didnt want any help and would do anythig he could to help you. He was a good Husband, Father, Son, Brother , uncle , Godfather, counsin and friend. I think Lou will be happy watching over all of us in a special Place in heaven. Im sure he's there and the last month of his life just elevated his place there. Heaven is lucky to have him but the world is sadder without him. I miss him so much already!

Miss the parties for no reason n pasta dinners. He is in a better place looking down hoping the girls are now looking after you. Much love my friend, remember what I said "we both had the cream of the crop". Sandy
