Irene DeCaro Schulke

(nee Sebazco) On January 3, 2020 of Sicklerville. Age 74. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Devoted mother of Frank DeCaro (Susan), Carla DeCaro, and James DeCaro (Alicia). Loving Grandmother of Gabrielle, Kate, Joseph, Frankie, Anthony, and Giada. Dear sister of the late Linda Porcellini.

My mom was born and raised in South Philly. She had an amazing childhood growing up on Jessup St. with her friends. They were known as Liz Jo Rene and Ro. They even had their own song. She also met her husband my father from Jessup St who she married and was with for 42years. She loved being a wife and mother and raised three children. Her biggest pride and joy were her grandchildren. She loved being with them and they loved being with her. She was their Mimi! Never grandma just Mimi! She loved swimming the casino and chocolate cake! Her nickname was “Renie ring ding”. Most of all she just loved spending time with her family

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 8:00-10:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Interment will be private.
