George J. Milligan, 80, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away on November 25, 2013, after a six year courageous battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his beloved wife Frances P. (nee Pratash) of 60 years. Devoted father of George J. Milligan, Jr. (Patricia) of Bridgeton, NJ; Theresa M. Flaherty (William) of Sewell, NJ; Ronald W. Milligan (Cynthia) of St. Leonard, MD; Linda M. Howlett (Charles) of Williamsburg, VA; and Kenneth M. Milligan (Michelle) of St. Leonard, MD. Loving grandfather of William Jr., David, Jessica, Zachary, Cody, Julia, Colleen, Craig and Chelsea. Dear sister of Dorothy Gallagher, Barbara Irving and the late John and William.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, George served in the US Army. He was a member of the Local Plumbers Union 690, Thomas R. Patton Lodge No. 659 F&AM, and also the Owen’s Keenagers Club.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 9:00-11:00 am at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 am. Interment Janvier Cemetery, Franklinville.
