Edward F. Brindley, 86, of Fort Mill, SC, Elizabeth, Roselle, & Turnersville, NJ and Sun City West, Arizona died peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Edward served his country during the Korean War and is pre-deceased by his wife Elizabeth and his son Edward. Known to his family and friends as “Bud” or “Pop”, he lived a full and complete life. Always one to be ready for anything, his favorite saying was “let’s get this show on the road”. He spent most of his working years employed by the Thomas & Betts Company in NJ, and retired to Sun City West, Arizona with his wife in the late 90’s. The past 4 years have been spent living in Fort Mill, SC. Edward is survived by his sons Tim & Chris, his granddaughter Kacey and his daughter-in-law Kris. He also has two living siblings, Ann and Loretta, who both live in NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Monday 9:30 – 10:30 AM at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM. Inurnment Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward’s memory may be made to CC’s Adult Care, 13425 West Rimrock Street, Surprise, AZ 85374. Arrangements are under the care of the Egizi Funeral Home, Washington Twp. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com.
