Bill Burrows

On October 14, 2022 of Williamstown, NJ. Age 74. Beloved husband of Denise (nee Cook). Devoted father of Miranda Bradley (Joe), Jim Burrows (Daria), Matt Burrows (Jeff), Amy Burrows-Bielski (Kevin), Danielle Geer (Bob), Mary Chatburn (Ed), Krystal Rossi (Joe), Laurie Hickman (Gregg), and Alise Rossi. Loving grandfather of Kylie, Lilly, Hayden, Lilyana, Raina, Eddie, Raelynn, Gabe, Hudson, Reid, Nevaeh, Stella, Camila, and the late Jack. Dear brother of Marylou Welker (Ron), Ron Burrows (Terry), Larry Burrows (Lynne), and Mike Burrows (Kathy). Loving nephew and godson to Aunt Helen McCarty. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends, especially Mike, Clarence, and Shawn.

Bill grew up in Lindenwold and passed away at home from cancer. He had many interests and always made people laugh, smile, and had a kind word for everyone. His interests included being an avid gardener, spending time with family and friends, fantasy football and baseball, Texas Holdem, traveling across the country and out of the country, the racetrack, and playing games with his wife, children and grandchildren.

He was a true sports fan and loved the Eagles and Phillies. He loved playing sports, himself, coaching his children’s games, being an umpire, and watching the grandchildren play.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 AM. Interment Gloucester County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.

In lieu of flowers donations in Bill’s memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 120 Union Ave., Stratford, NJ 08084 or to the veteran’s charity of your choosing.
